Well first of all on Friday 5th February we had our first Twang! at Seven Miles Out - that deserved a separate post to itself.
The following Saturday we made our monthly visit to The Crown
Then on Saturday 20th we played at Tiviot Dale Methodist Church. The audience joined in singing and rattling our new Shaky Eggs. And there was cake in the interval!
Foodie Friday was another huge success. The market and Seven Miles Out were packed.
Fantastic food and some great music. SUP played three sets: one in the market hall & two in Seven Miles Out.
The new line-up Black & White Chickens - including Ross, Brian & Ian - played two brilliant sets. Foodie Friday has turned into the jewel in Stockport Old Town's crown.
On Saturday a SUP contingent went to entertain the regulars in The Waterloo. A great little pub, and one of SUP's favourite places to play. Do we have too many favourite places? And why are they all licensed? The crowd joined in with singalong books and shaky eggs, and we played long into the night.
